CHAPTER 24 · BOTH EDITIONS
Automate the reminder, keep the relationship
Use automation for dependable handoffs. Start with three small workflows, and keep a person responsible when something fails.
Put it to work
- New signup: confirm the requested purpose, find or create the CRM record, connect the appropriate welcome email sequence, and create a personal welcome task.
- Booked call: record the booking, send confirmation and permitted reminders, and create a preparation task. Handle reschedules and cancellations.
- New customer or client: start the correct welcome plan and create check-in tasks. Prevent duplicate enrollment and stop inappropriate follow-up when status changes.
TRADE EDITION
Automation test plan
Use the three downloadable workflow specifications as build templates. Field mapping, access, and error alerts must be configured for your tools; these are not importable live automations.
Starter files are ready to adapt. CSV files open in spreadsheet apps. Printable pages can be filled locally and printed; they do not save or submit entries.
